Late- I’m very flexible however, there will only be a 15 minute grace period. Anything after will result in a fee, your appointment to be moved or cancellation. Followed by a picture confirming you sent your deposit. Changes- You must let me know 48 hours in advance if you wish to change your hairstyle! Also pre stretched hair only or you will result in a 5$ fee. {I want the best for my clients also it makes it easier on me.} Be sure to let me know before leaving if you’re unsatisfied. If something happens on my end I’m always willing to fix but it must be within 48 hours of you leaving my chair. If I can’t get to you within those 48 hours I will refund you 20% of your service fees
